(1) Storage and routine maintenance

Instruments should be placed in a ventilated and dry place. Air conditioning must be provided in the room. Do not place the instrument under the window or beside the heating to avoid showering, heating and dampness. It is better to use special power supply system, such as voltage stabilization device. Only when the voltage stabilization device reaches the required voltage of the instrument, can the power switch be turned on, so as not to damage the instrument by too high or too low voltage.

After use, the knobs and switches are restored to their original position, and the electrodes connected to the preamplifier and stimulator are pulled out, then the power switch is turned off.

(2) Cleaning and disinfection

Before cleaning or disinfecting the surface of the instrument, disconnect the power cord of the instrument.

The external surface (physiological amplifier, main control box, current stimulator, audio and video stimulator box, display, printer, computer host, etc.) should be cleaned regularly, and the wet cloth without hair removal should be used for cleaning.

Always dilute the solution as recommended by the manufacturer.

Always wipe all cleaning solutions with a dry cloth after cleaning.

Never use waxy cleaning substances.

Never sprinkle or spray water or any clean solution onto the equipment, or allow the liquid to flow behind the switch, into the connector or into any vent in the equipment.

Never use the following detergents: any kind of detergent or solvent, acetone, methyl ketone, alcohol-containing detergent.

To clean the display screen, use clean soft cloth and wet it with detergent. Never spray detergents directly onto the screen, nor use alcohol or medical disinfectants.
